Due to an ageing population, the Australian Red Cross Blood Service need to increase younger donor numbers to ensure the sustainability of blood supplies – specifically 18 – 35 yr old non donors.

THE SOLUTION

Make donating blood sexy.

We ask those already looking for their perfect match in the dating world, “Are you my type?” prompting curious millennials to go and find out by donating blood. In a fun and lighthearted campaign aimed to disrupt and stand out from the usual heavy messages associated with blood donations we hijack dating sites and parody dating shows in search for our perfect type – a match made in haemoglobin.
